A prime example of the apocalyptic meme in action. The author of this book, David Montaigne (who I'm sure is a nice guy) claimed that the world would end in 2002. It didn't. He therefore published a new book, this time predicting the end of the world in 2019. I don't really blame him. One of the positive reviews of “Nostradamus World War III 2002” was posted in…2003. Sometimes, I suspect that the apocalypse meme might actually survive the apocalypse!
