The whole TikTok refugee thing is "so 2025", and we´re not even a month into the new year yet. So TikTok users - who presumably deny that the Chinese ownership of TikTok is a national security threat - respond to the American ban on the app by migrating to a heavily censored China app named after Chairman Mao´s Red Book which actually may be a real security threat?!

I know this isn´t really a joke (cyber surveillence and ditto terrorism are a thing) but I can´t help laughing. Note also the bizarre irony that it was Biden who banned the app (you know, the POTUS referred to as "China Joe" by Trump supporters), while Trump is trying to save it?! Presumably, because one of the *American* owners gave a hefty campaign contribution to the very same Donald.

RedNote, by contrast, seems entirely owned and controlled by some mainland ChiCom front operation. The end of the world has never been more fun to watch!

Thank God (!) at least one US president actually follows the constitution. Besides, "America" is the real god of Americans anyway. 

And no, your abundance (what abundance?) doesn´t come from "God Almighty" (who stands above such mundane concerns), but from very human industry and trade. Including turkey farms. And, I suppose, foreign loans!

My cynical reaction is that Russia won´t escalate the conflict to include NATO countries, since the American missiles won´t be particularly effective anyway. The war is clearly a ground war. But sure, I could be wrong. Maybe they´ll nuke Camp Trump in Poland?

There was a peculiar rumor back in 2016 that Hillary Clinton had a body double. Vox Day goes even further. After having claimed that there are six Bidens, he now says there is a fake Trump, as well! Or is Vox just trolling us?

I don´t rule anything out during crazy year 2024, but...naaah. Highly unlikely for a variety of reasons. One of them being Trump´s ego (the real Trump). Another being that both campaigns leak like sieves, so how likely is it that a doppelgänger could be kept secret for long?

On the other hand, I suppose a double could come in handy during the next assassination attempt...

Varför säger både Aftonbladet och TV4 att USA och/eller Joe Biden "utlovat hämnd" för drönarattacken i Jordanien som dödade tre amerikanska soldater?

Joe Biden har nämligen inte alls utlovat hämnd. Han sa att USA tänker "svara" på drönarattackerna. Inte "hämnas". Det är två helt olika ord på engelska. Och det vet både AB och TV4.

Och nu har USA svarat, genom att bomba pro-iranska grupperingar i Irak och Syrien. Och mycket riktigt skriker Aftonbladet om "USA:s hämnd"...

Är svenska journalister fredsskadade, eller vad? Eller stödjer de faktiskt den iranska regimens kampgrupper?
