Note also the bizarre irony that it was Biden who banned the app (you know, the POTUS referred to as "China Joe" by Trump supporters), while Trump is trying to save it?! True, nobody *really* knows what the Don wants to do (maybe not even himself), but as of now, his administration seems set to become a hybrid between a regular Republican administration and barely controlled chaos. In other words, like - you know - Trump´s first term. Which we all somehow survived. 

That being said, sure, it might be much worse this time. The whole world does seem uncomfortably crazy right now. But what is the liberal alternative to *that*? The hybrid between a regular Democrat administration and barely controlled chaos America got under Biden?

The "fascist" Trump couldn´t stop Biden in 2020-2021, anymore than the "Resistance" could (or even would) stop Trump in 2024-2025. Who´s really in charge over there? Maybe the real question is: When will the autopilot stop working?
