Apparently, Nick Fuentes (the Groyper Führer) is going to vote Democrat in the midterms. To punish the Republicans and Trump. Or something. Oh. Amazing that guy still thinks he´s relevant... 

Metaphorically

 

Not sure why Scott Carney (the first clip above) is so happy about Nick Fuentes calling on his supporters to boycott the midterms. Fuentes is a marginal character and hasn´t been MAGA (sensu stricto) for years. He tried to influence the 2024 presidential elections with a similar boycott call, and it didn´t work out (obviously). So a few Nazi wannabes won´t vote GOP in 2026 or 2028, who cares?

The second clip (from TYT) discusses the Steven Bannon situation. I find it amazing that Bannon *still* has some traction on the far right after all the revelations in the Epstein Files.

Maybe Fuentes the Groyper Führer has a certain point, after all. Time to burn it all down. Or at least walk away now and avoid the rush!  

Levels of irony

 

I´m not a big fanboy of Vaush, but he does make many good points in this clip about Nick Fuentes´ bizarre reactions to the Epstein revelations. 

I´ve also been mystified by the "postmodern" tendencies of the Alt Right and their "high levels of irony" which the rest of us "don´t understand". It seems the political payment is finally due. The irony wasn´t a cover for un-ironic neo-Nazism. The irony doesn´t hide anything except mere grifting, nihilism and (perhaps) yet another layer of irony. It´s "irony" all the way down. Fuentes "ironically" supports Epstein. Obviously, a real Nazi would take the Epstein situation 100% seriously as evidence that the National Socialist worldview is true. I mean, a rich Jew with Israeli connections heading an international paedophile network from fucking Hymietown?! 

I predicted years ago that the Alt Right would eventually collapse due to this kind and other kind of stuff, but I didn´t think the end would be this dramatic. I mean, Bannon seems to have been a friend of Epstein´s (and he is "classical" far right more than subculturally Alt Right) while the Groyper Standartenführer pretends to defend him. But sure, maybe we should grab some pop corn and enjoy the inevitable end of the comedy...

Anti-Semite crypto-Nazi Incel Nick Fuentes (yes, he again) wants to sabotage the Trump-supported gubernatiorial campaign of Vivek Ramaswamy in Ohio. This despite the fact that Vivek is running against a very liberal Jewish woman?! So when push comes to shove, Fuentes prefers liberal Jewish females to dark-skinned East Indian "anchor babies". 

LOL. Why doesn´t he consider Jews to be "anchor babies", I wonder? I think it´s obvious that Fuentes is a meme at this point. Maybe he always was. I mean, the guy´s the chief Groyper! The Groypers were the most "based" faction of the on-line Alt Right during the Twitter Silver Age, but the Alt Right was always a post-modernist fart in cyberspace, so none of the above should surprise us. 

Once you see it, you can´t unsee it

"Is Christianity secretely gay?" is the provocative title of this video. I don´t know who the content-creator, Britt Hartley, might be. She calls herself a "certified atheist spiritual director" and sounds like a radical feminist (i.e. a proponent of the specific ideology actually called radical feminism). 

The argument in the video is that patriarchy is by necessity simultaneously both homo-social and homophobic. Since Christianity is patriarchal and lacks a Divine Feminine, it inevitably becomes "gay". Hartley´s exhibit number one is the notorious Nick Fuentes, an Incel who claims to be a Christian and openly despises women. Interestingly, Fuentes (who is close to being a literal neo-Nazi) doesn´t seem to care if people label him as homosexual. 

I assume the analysis in the video is radical feminist, and it would be interesting to know if Hartley is a so-called TERF. And how does lesbianism fit the picture? Still, an interesting contribution.   

The future is Groyper

 

Or perhaps not. The essay below (by libertarian gadfly Richard Hanania) argues that the Republican party might get "Groyperized" and hence become even more populist (in the bad sense of that term), racist and conspiracist (including anti-Israel). The Groypers are a peculiar Alt Right subculture on the internet associated with the influencer Nick Fuentes. It does seem correct that Fuentes recently went from shunned fringe-Nazi to almost-respectable right-wing personality. Hanania argues that the apparent 2028 GOP frontrunner, J D Vance, must adapt to Groyperism or else face a hard populist backlash. 

Hanania also says that while it´s true that the Groypers are internet-based, such a movement can still influence or even change a political party. Well, I disagree. There are only two ways in which hardline populists can get influence. Either by forming a highly centralized organization IRL (not some chatbox on the web) and use it to capture the Republican party, the federal apparatus, and the like. Or by getting the tacit or open support of an establishment faction, but this will only happen if the populist agenda has become "structurally" (so to speak) necessary for that particular faction. 

If not, what will happen is what already took place in 2016: a wing of the establishment (in this case some of the "RINOs") will use populism to win elections, but then go for business-as-usual. Which is exactly why the first Trump administration was so ineffective. Trump seems more efficient this time around, but that´s obviously because some other establishment faction has decided that the US needs to become more authoritarian, using the power-hungry and vengeful president as their instrument. The "people" has nothing to do with it, and neither has some subculture of weirdos on X (frankly, the idea is ridiculous). 

For instance, if the GOP ever dumps Israel, it will be because of some elite interest in doing so, not because the "base" has suddenly become more, shall we say, "based" on the Jewish Question. If the world looks similar in 2029 to what it does in 2025, Vance as president will simply continue Trump´s policies, regardless of what rhetoric he may have spouted during an election campaign. This will include continued support for Israel, a willingness to take generous donations from Qatar, and even cheap immigrant labor so the Coca-Cola Company can use cane sugar to sweeten the drinks of the Great Leader emeritus (DJT).

I know that the Alt Right has long labored under the illusion that *they* elected Trump in 2016 (also a Democrat talking point) when actually it was White workers in blue wall states (hardly the main constituency of Irony Twitter) switching parties. Maybe the Groypers (the last surviving Alt Right faction?) have similar illusions about their present influence. So here is my prediction: there will never be an Incel Revolution.

Is Charlie Kirk´s alleged assassin really a left-wing radical or does he belong to a bizarre and eclectic but essentially Alt Right Incel subculture? We don´t know (yet) but it would be ironic if all the Woke crazies who cheer the shooting of Kirk are really expressing support for a person groomed by Groypers!

Elephants are not birds, and other astounding facts

A conservative activist, Ashley St Clair, recently published an anti-trans book called "Elephants Are Not Birds". Details below. 

However, I was struck by something else in the article. Apparently, St Clair was expelled from Turning Point USA, a conservative activist organization, after being associated with "the anti-Semite Nick Fuentes" (of whom I know next to nothing) and "Baked Alaska" (who apparently supported the storming of the Capitol). 

There is just one little problem with this. It was Turning Point USA (or strictly speaking their branch-off Turning Point Action) which recently invited Donald Trump to adress their national rally *and cheered him on* when he insulted the Taliban leader and threatened Afghan civilians with genocidal violence. (I´m not sure if the rally was held in Nuremberg, Virginia or Munich, Tennessee, btw.) 

Now, I would be the last person to deny that the Afghans are a bit, ahem, rough in the edges and perhaps don´t understand liberal-democratic niceties, but isn´t it strange that St Clair is expelled, de facto accused of being a Nazi, while a guy who does his Hitler routine is cheered on by a huge crowd? Asking for a friend named Adolph. 

However, I *do* have a little theory about what caused this double standard to go into effect. Yes, it´s that little word "anti-Semite". The Taliban, whatever else they might be, are probably not a lost tribe of Israel. Nazi-Nazism is verboten at Turning Point USA´s monster mass meetings, but Nazi-Zionism is apparently all the rage! For the record, I support the so-called right of Israel to exist, so you can´t use this posting against me in a rabbinical court...
