I was inspired linking to this after reading in the papers that the Danish minister of whatever (health care?) said that everyone who isn´t vaccinated will "live dangerously this winter". Apparently, corona-chan is picking up steam again.
Clearly, the Danish government doesn´t know half of it...
One thing is clear: Sadhguru wouldn´t have any problem with Euthyphro´s dilemma!

I like JMG, but I admit that I find it...somewhat weird...to make an announcement like *this* in a marginal comment on his blog (# 291 on Ecosophia´s October 2021 Open Post). But that´s me, of course.

"In the middle of a pandemic", the Anti-Defamation League (sic!) perpetuates the SJW freak show with some "recommendations" about blah blah blah. To protest the ADL, I would gladly dress up as an Orthodox Jew...but then I realized that I would probably get arrested by De Blasio´s finest, and left to rot in a city jail unless I vaccinate myself (and eat ham sandwich), with ADL doing nothing to protest the defamation, so no thank you, I´ll rather pass.

OK, wait just a moment here.
How can the powers-that-be (a.k.a. The Man) introduce vaccine passports *if they simultaneously say that a third or even fourth vaccination is necessary for complete protection against the virus*? But if so, what are the guarantees that the virus won´t spread at concerts, museums, shopping malls, restaurants, space flights, or wherever the internal Soviet, pardon, vaccine passport will be used? Last time I looked, most people only have one or two shots of the damn thing.
It´s almost as if the governments of this god-forsaken rock *want* to find a new excuse for another round of lockdown measures!
But sure, no problem. I´m willing to shelter in place for another year or so...on certain conditions.
First, I want real Italian pizza (with salami and mushrooms) every day, free of charge. Second, I want access to all cable TV networks and streaming services, free of charge. Third, I want a new computer and I-pod, free of charge. From Samsung, preferably. Fourth, I want a cash handout of 10,000 dollars cuz reasons.
Don´t have the money? Just tell the Fed to print some! Oh, and some olives at that pizza...
Hübinette är orolig för att den låga vaccingraden bland invandrare kommer att exploateras av SD (eller "TAN-högern" som han uttrycker saken) för att stigmatisera icke-svenskar ännu mer, något som kanske rentav kan avgöra riksdagsvalet 2022. Han refererar även en låst DN-artikel som uttrycker farhågor för att den så att säga "riktiga" anti-vaxx-rörelsen kommer att radikaliseras i höst, detta för att även Sverige börjat öppna upp för att införa vaccinpass.
Det organiserade vaccinmotståndet består, ironiskt nog, inte av invandrare utan av svenskar som antingen är "högerextremister" eller "New Age".
En sak som inträffat efter att inlägget skrivits är att SVT-nyheterna kontaktat samtliga riksdagspartier och frågat om deras inställning till vaccinpass. Det visade sig då att av de partier som tagit ställning var Vänsterpartiet det enda som entydigt säger nej till vaccinpass. Frågan är varför? Har Nooshi fått något memo om att de flesta ovaccinerade faktiskt är invandrare? Intressant är också att SD inte tagit ställning i frågan ännu.
Själv är jag fortfarande orolig för att vi kan få en "het höst" och ännu hetare vinter med kravaller och annat, kanske inte i Sverige, men definitivt i andra länder i Europa, samt i USA. Detta om lockdowns fortsätter eller förnyas och/eller vaccinpass införs. Det allra värsta som kan hända vore om vaccinen faktiskt visar sig vara farliga på något sätt. Vad tror ni händer *då*? Kort sagt, det är nog inte bara virriga tanter med New Age-åsikter eller de gamla vanliga rättshaveristerna från tokhögern som kommer att bli "radikaliserade"...
Det skulle inte alls förvåna mig om det blir raskravaller i USA p.g.a. vaccinpassen, som i oproportionellt stor utsträckning drabbar - just det - svarta.
Okej, nu har jag predikat färdigt. Funderar *återigen* på att sluta kommentera politik här!

Ett relativt kort inlägg av Hübinette. Oavsett vad man anser om vacciner, lockdowns eller utsatta områden, så är nedanstående nog (tyvärr) helt riktigt.
Har tidigare lyft frågan, då om New York, där vaccinpassen riskerar att slå oproportionellt hårt mot svarta och kanske andra minoritetsgrupper. Observera att New York City alltså styrs av demokratiska partiet! Närmare bestämt en borgmästare som stödde Bernie Sanders i primärvalen.
Jag läser inte DN, men i Aftonbladet har jag sett flera artiklar på temat "de som inte vaccinerar sig är en samhällsfara, egoistiska eller dumma i huvudet".
Här krockar tydligen solidariteten med invandrarna/"underklassen" med en annan PK-käpphäst, nämligen att alla måste vaccinera sig (utanför Sverige även kombinerat med krav på vaccinpass och hårda lockdowns), annars är man...fascist...nej,vänta...syntax error, syntax error...

As usual, it´s difficult to know whether or not Thomas Sheridan is trolling or being seriously paranoid, I mean, last year he claimed that the COVID virus might come from Chinese time-travellers from the future, or perhaps from a Muslim jinn that wants to punish China for their oppression of the Uighurs?! Sheridan believes in "chaos magic", so perhaps the trolling is a kind of incantation? For purposes only known to him (and the "tribe" he talks about).
Here, he makes other startling statements (and no, I don´t agree with him) about alien demons controlling the Afghan situation, almost a bit like David Icke. I link to this strictly for reference purposes.
And since you wonder, I´m also worried about the world situation in 2021, but perhaps for more "human" or "down to earth" reasons...

My biggest fear right now is that the delta variant will start spreading like wildfire when Europe "opens up", and then its back to square one again, with new lockdowns and more economic dislocation.
Except that people will be even angrier this time, regardless of whether they are for or against lockdowns. And no, the vaccines don´t work on delta...
We somehow muddled through 2021 so far, but how long will the "quiet" last?
