Carousel

I hope this is just one man´s paranoia (after that Lovecraftian extravaganza the other night). If not...well, this is the kaliyuga so what did you expect? I mean, like really?

Walk and block

Overheard on the interwebs: there is a conspiracy theory that not only do viruses don´t cause disease, they don´t actually exist at all?!

Eh?

The new baba or same old?

Most of this is word sallad, but I suppose it´s interesting that the future depopulation crisis is seeping into the doom porn milieu. Funny these "prophecies" (allegedly from the late Bulgarian psychic Baba Vanga) were "secret" until secular doomers started talking about the issue, LOL.

Sure, the idea of almost everyone vanishing over night is older, but until recently, it was usually connected to zombies, bio-engineered plagues or what have you. In this new version, people just vanish without a trace and nobody even remembers they were around?! It also seems to be a much more gradual process.

I suppose it´s possible that this is all a clever metaphor for the COVID pandemic (YouTube presumably still censor too explicitly anti-vaxx content), but I suspect we´re dealing with Elon Musk´s warnings finally striking a chord among the perennially hysterical...

I didn´t catch the solution, though. Subscribe to the channel? Leave a like message?

Folk horror

Thomas Sheridan discusses "The Event" in this video. Which prompted me to ask ChatGPT about this doomer-prepper fantasy (?). See the previous blog post.

Sheridan´s version seems to be that some kind of pole shift might destroy human civilization as we know it. Earth will become like Uranus (tilt-wise). The establishment is either trying to leave the planet (Elon Musk´s Mars mission) or survive by literally moving underground.

He also claims that tics which make you allergic to meat are engineered bioweapons...

A rant c/o Brad Warner. He *does* say some interesting things in this video, if you listen carefully...

Secrets in the dark

British and German intelligence knew already back in 2020 that a lab leak was the most likely explanation for the COVID outbreak in China. Which, as we all know, soon became a world-wide crisis situation. But if you promoted the Wuhan lab leak "conspiracy theory" on Facebook, you would be banned for disinformation...

Go figure.

If this is what we learn after five years, imagine what they tell us in ten! Who financed that Chinese lab, again...?

Our Musk predicament

Atheist activista Richard Carrier isn´t terribly impressed by Elon Musk. I also link to a critical Substack essay by Sam Harris (yes, *that* Sam Harris), who was apparently a friend of Musk´s until the COVID pandemic. Finally, Musk´s biographer Seth Abramson claims that the man´s IQ is in the 100 - 110 range (i.e. average Normie).

This may or may not be relevant somehow, but personally I´m more interested in whether or not Tesla and SpaceX make "legit" products, Musk´s connections to several US administrations, and the real purpose of DOGE.

Make of this material what ye wish.

The vaxx dilemma

Libertarian gadfly Richard Hanania´s pro-vaxx article was published in August 2023.

He recently started promoting it again on X, probably due to reports that more Americans than usual get hospitalized or die of the flue due to vaccine-hesitancy. Also, less children are getting inoculated against measles. Some people have started to fear measle epidemics. And no, Hanania doesn´t like a certain RFK Jr. Interestingly, on X he accuses the new head of the HHS of being a stooge for agri-business!

I´m not a great fanboy of Hanania, who often comes across as something of a troll. Thus, he claims to be a Palestinian while supporting the Israeli far-right?! Still, an interesting contribution. Make of this content what you wish.

Incel (r)evolution

What is the cause of this? It seems to be a common complaint (?!) from GenXers that the younger age cohorts don´t have sex as often as they did. Is it the COVID pandemic, widespread autism, or what? Note also the connection to the entire depopulation issue. Are we mindless victims of some strange evolutionary strategy deeply ingrained in our genes?

Trust the science, bro

You might as well ask the shaman!

I wonder if The Guardian would dare to publish this today, post-COVID and soon-to-be-RFK Jr?

Why we can´t trust science journals to tell the scientific truth

The Consensus Machine

Sabine H continues dropping truth bomb after truth bomb. Regardless of what you think of the vaxx, she is right that science (of course) isn´t based on "consensus". Einstein said it best. When somebody published a book titled "800 scientists against Einstein", he quipped "if I´m wrong, it only takes one"!

Avenging Agincourt

I don´t believe a word of Boris Johnson´s recent claim that he seriously considered an invasion of the Netherlands to grab COVID vaccines he believed were rightfully British.

A *what* of *what* do to *what*..?!

"Boris" is generally regarded as an inveterate liar, madman and perhaps psycho, so why believe him here? Not even the Don is this crazy. Unless, of course, the idea of an armed intervention against a fellow NATO ally was part of Johnson´s utter madness.

Maybe it was a good thing that the British were kept in line by the European Union? I mean, has anything in the UK actually *improved* after Brexit? Perhaps it´s time to avenge Agincourt. The British are our bitches, make England a French backwater, re-activate the Auld Alliance with Scotland, make Hibernia great again!

Or am I saying this at 2:37am just because I munched at a highly potent Dutch tulip?

Make America pagan again

"The Wild Hunt" seems to be a Woke Neo-Pagan on-line publication, but on *this* issue, they side with the evil minions of Conspirituality (and the pre-2020 Woke-ish counter-culture). Interesting...

Corona Mindset?

Noah Lyles
Credit: Erik van Leeuwen

Noah Lyles won the bronze medal at the men´s 200 metres, despite testing positive for COVID. So does that make him a superspreader or a superman? Quite the performance, in any case!

Breitbart has fallen

Breitbart News (nicknamed "Trump´s Pravda" by critics in 2016) admits that Kamala Harris might be able to defeat Donald Trump.

Their writer, indefatigable culture warrior John Nolte, seems to have supported DeSantis in the GOP primaries. He is also pro-vaxx and freely admits taking the jab himself. Translation: hardline Trump fans probably see him as a Judas or Benedict Arnold.

Of course, this is the opinion of just one man, and the Breitbart editors are probably just as pro-Don as ever. In line with their "big tent" approach, Breitbart News gave positive coverage to both Trump´s and Cruz´ primary campaigns in 2016, even after Cruz´ supporters had literally left their editorial board! Still, it *is* intriguing that they sneak in this little piece...

The One Ring, pardon, Spoon

Archbishop Elpidophoros is apparently the head of the Greek Orthodox Church in the United States. This super-Orthodox clip of uncertain provenance argues that the archbishop is too liberal! He seems to support Joe Biden, wants a dialogue with the LGBTQ community, defends Ukraine against Russia, and so on.

More original (?) is the attack on Elpidophoros´ stance during the COVID pandemic, when he called on the Greek Orthodox to stop partaking of the communion wine with one collective spoon, instead recommending that each communicant uses an individual spoon - obviously to protect people from the virus. But this is anathema to whoever made this video, since he believes that both the wine and the collective spoon are supernaturally protected from pathogenes! After all, the wine is the blood of Christ, which blesses even the one spoon...

Dude.

Note also the paranoia against Freemasons.

Range finder

On Tuesday, Joe Biden said that he could consider leaving the race in case of a "medical condition". On Wednesday, Biden got COVID.

Or did he? Maybe this is just the excuse he needs to gracefully bow out of the presidentials.

So what actually happened? Did Barack Obama finally convince Jill and Hunter that Joe Biden isn´t fit for fight? Or did Hillary Clinton strongarm the entire Obama-Biden clique?

I suppose we´ll see next week or so. Stay tuned for more crazy stuff from the Trump-Biden rematch! Or so my "range finder" tells me...
