Looks like the Swedish candy stick known as “polkagris”. I hope the Swedish Chamber of Commerce files a complaint against this bizarre piece of junk, citing some super-obscure WTO statute protecting peppermint-flavoured local traditions. I don't think “Sex and the City” counts as a tradition, so I'd say the Swedish complaint will be upheld. Yeah, really.
