A faux review of a book called "Recruting and Retaining Employees for Dummies"

This book advises employers (i.e. the proud capitalist Producers, Geniuses and Übermenschen) to provide their “employees” (i.e. the socialist-oriented Moochers, Looters and Losers) with – wait for it - free training and education, social and charitable activities, dry cleaning pickup and delivery service, free food “and so on”, and (this is really something) a strong corporate culture that treats employees as valuable team members?!

I'd say this book is Commie agit-prop pure and simple, probably payed for by the AFL-CIO, the Obamacare apparat and the embassy of Sweden.

I wonder what those three little weasel words “and so on” refers to. OK, let me guess: higher salaries, a kind-hearted attitude towards people at the lower rungs of the social ladder, and a lot of Swedish socialist litterature in the dining room area (with lunch breaks up to one hour)? Figures. For some reason, the book doesn't mentions unions (the only union I can stand is Albert Shanker's AFT and even that only barely), but I suppose that's in the Swedish-Soviet friendship edition.
