As a
counterblast to the morbid pictures of G.I. Gurdjieff (a.k.a. G) on sale around
here, I offer this exquisite photo of Dr. Rudolf Steiner, the founder of
Anthroposophy. I don't really believe in his spiritual message either - on the
face of it, Steiner often said far stranger things than Gurdjieff! Still, don't
we all just *love* to have a love-hate relationship with this Austrian
gentleman and Goethe afecionado? As far as I know, nobody has ever died at a
bio-dynamic farm (not even the cows), while people frequently screw themselves
in various Gurdjieff groups. Besides, Steiner didn't claim that the Moon eats
people...
