This review is from: A Field Guide to the Birds of Brazil
(Kindle Edition)
Looks more like an illustrated checklist to all birds
in the world. That's hardly surprising since Brazil is a very large nation! It
covers about half of South America, and god-knows-how-many of its passerines.
Or non-passerines, for that matter. The species presentations are very short
and often use symbols or numbers. I've seen better color plates. Probably just
two-and-a-half-stars. The Olympic games in Rio may be more interesting.
