Catchy but extremely light weight disco pop (or
schlager pop, since it's made in Germany). Norderney is a small German island
in the North Sea, and the duo Pures Glück has recorded several tunes about this
popular holiday resort, complete with video clips. Still, I don't get it. The
Northern Isle looks cold, boring and conventional. I don't think it can compete
with, say, Montego Bay, Bali or even the Canary Islands! OK, let me guess.
Pures Glück are financed by the local tourist industry? LOL. That would at least be logical…
