This is a short and relatively uninteresting pamphlet published by Hugo Oehler's group Revolutionary Workers League in 1939, immediately after the signing of the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact and the subsequent invasion of Poland. The RWL was a split from the Trotskyist movement, and analyzes the pact in broadly Trotskyist terms. Also available free of charge on the web.
