The hypocrites at Amazon still sell a wide assortement of fascist products, while pretending to be "PC" by removing Confederate and Nazi symbols, LOL.
I admire Amazon for selling everything (well, almost),
so I won't actually object to them selling this particular product. But no, I
don't like it. Hlinka's Guard (HG) was the Slovak version of the SS in the
short-lived pro-Nazi Slovak puppet state during World War II. The HG's symbol
(also used by the ruling Hlinka's Slovak People's Party) was rather obviously
based on a similar design made in Grossdeutschland. Not a flag or jacket-patch
you want to use if your neighbours are Jewish, Czech or even Slovak, although I
suppose a few hard-line fascist guardsmen might still be hiding out somewhere
in Paraguay... Let them eat democracy! Thank heavens our boys won the war.
