I'm a chaffinch trapped in a bullfinch body, and I
consider this "therian" stuff to be cultural appropriation. Or some
kind of biological-speciesist appropriation! Humans can't rest contended with
being the crown of creation and God's little favorite, now they claim to be
animals?! At least they don't claim to be dodos and great auks, but who knows,
maybe that's the next step in the colonizing project. Dodo-kin.
