Three in one, almost

Gotland is a Swedish island in the Baltic Sea. It has a somewhat weird administrative status, being simultaneously both a county (län) and a municipality (kommun). To complicate matters even more, Gotland is also a historical province (landskap). The flag shown here is associated with the län and the landskap, while the kommun flies a different flag (despite being identical with the two former). Get it? Not me neither, but that's just one of those things...

Oh, and the kommun doesn't call itself kommun anymore, it calls itself "Region". Which I suppose is just fine.
