A short review of "The Jaredites were Black" by David Grant Stewart Sr
The Jaredites can't have been Black, since the Jaredites didn't even exist! They are a fictitious people, only known from the Book of Mormon. The Mormon prophet Joseph Smith regarded dark skinned people as cursed, and since one of the Jaredite prophets saw Jesus Christ, neither he nor his people could have been dark skinned. But since the Jaredites aren't real in the first place, the entire discussion is meaningless and, frankly, somewhat weird.
