Although I got more respect for Ben Carson after reading this short e-book, I admit that I didn't like the e-book itself. The author, Tag Powell, uses strange sentences and expressions, and one gets the impression that English (or perhaps “high” English) isn't his native language. He also says surprisingly little about Carson's political program and almost nothing about his religious views! Presumably this is because of the biographical angle, but since Carson was running to become the GOP nominee, surely a biographical explanation of how he came to hold his current political views would have been in order? Ultimately, I will therefore only give “Who is Ben Carson?” two stars.
