This is easily the worst song in the world, apparently part of the Swedish "progressive music" scene around 1970 or so. "In kommer Gösta" featuring Philemon Arthur and the Dung. Weirdly, they actually got a Grammis award for their first album, which included this bizarre tune, charitably called "minimalist" by Swedish Wikipedia! The identity of the band is apparently still a secret...
