Even I have SWIFT. And I´m borderline digital underclass. Had to get SWIFT after being stranded at some fucking tram station with no other way to pay the ticket than through my mobile phone?! So obviously, I wouldn´t bomb the Ukraine if I had been disconnected from SWIFT. Would make peace with Biden ASAP.
