A review of a T-shirt showing how God creates a Great Pyrenees (a yuge dog breed).
In the beginning, G-d created the Heavens and the Earth. Then, he created Adam. However, the first man (and he really was a guy!) needed a companion. I mean, the local head of the Edenic NOW chapter, Ms. Lilith, had rejected him for some unmentionable reason. So G-d had mercy on Adam and created...the Great Pyrenees!
Or did he?
Naaaah, I don't remember this particular story, not even from the 57th apocryphal book of Judas Iscariot the Gnostic Contender. In fact, not even Epiphanius mentions the Pyr heresy in his "Panarion", a work of considerable erudition.
I suspect this T-shirt might be connected to the mischievous people who constantly complain about my truly excellent review of "Great Pyrenees" by Joan Hustace Walker.
Yeah, really. :D
