This is apparently the official list of nations considered "hostile" by the Russian government (the Czech Republic is mentioned separately despite being a EU member-state). I note that Hungary is presumably on the list, being an EU member-state. Note also the absence of Israel and Turkey! The list is quoted by Vox Popoli, which took it from The Saker. Both blogs support Putin´s attack on the Ukraine.
