Their Nazis and ours

Is this true? Or is it fake news? If the former: HA HA HA! From the Reuters telegram linked to in my previous blog post.

So Nazism is OK in the context of anti-Putin resistance? I´ll make sure to remember that, guys!

>>>Emails also showed that Meta would allow praise of the right-wing Azov battalion, which is normally prohibited, in a change first reported by The Intercept.

>>>Meta spokesman Joe Osborne previously said the company was "for the time being, making a narrow exception for praise of the Azov Regiment strictly in the context of defending Ukraine, or in their role as part of the Ukraine National Guard."

  1. I know I have a really bad humor, but this is on such a level...

Life beats Alt Right trolling. I wonder how the SJW "doubling down" will look like on this one? Isn´t the Russian Nazbol Party against Putin?

  2. Let´s be brutally honest here. There have always been right-wing radicals on both sides of every conflict (OK, almost every). Including the pro-Western and/or "pro-democracy" side. Think Draskovic versus Milosevic (before the Kosovo War), or Tudjman versus Milosevic, or various groups in Ukraine already in 2014, etc. That´s old hat. The new thing is the stunning incompetence of Facebook ("Meta") to actually admit it á la the Streisand Effect...

    Clown world.

  3. Appatently the psychos in Azov are The absolute best soldiers on the Ukrainian side. Almost evry place where The Russians have a hard time its Because of stubborn resistance from Azov.
Didnt know this before. This somewhat explains globo-homos(shout out to Rodenborg) unwillingness to deal with the "problematic" views of Azov.

On another note, why is it almost only various breeds of fascist who are competent soldiers these days? Hav the left become to feminsed? Compare for exaple with spanish civil war, where there were plenty of units in all the various leftist camps that were fierce soldiers.

  4. Hell, even the anarchists had a fighting unit that for a while was feared by both facists and Stalinists. Cant imagine the anarchists of today accomplish anything near that.

  5. Maybe the left have become a bunch of sissies. I seem to remember here in Sweden that even anarchists who literally attacked the police (or were attacked by them, due to illegal squatting) could count on a certain amount of "establishment" support, from rich parents, sympathetic newspapers, or perhaps even the Justitiekanslern (JK)! If there is always somebody who can bail you out, why go through the trouble of becoming a really hard-boiled fighter? This is a bit speculative since I was never part of the violent Autonomen milieu, but it does make some sense.

My impression of the anarchists in the US is that they are just too counter-cultural and crazy to do anything *really* disciplined.
