A rabidly chauvinistic and anti-Ukrainian article published by RIA Novosti, a Russian government-sponsored news agency. This material makes the rounds of the Western media as we speak.
While the article doens´t call for literal genocide, it *does* propose the eradication of all Ukrainian culture, the destruction of both Ukrainian nationalist and liberal organizations through executions and forced labor camps, and the de facto annexation of large portions of Ukraine by the Russian Federation.
Not sure what the heck RIA Novosti think they can accomplish by publishing this kind of crap? Note also the weird combination of Greater Russian nationalism, explicit anti-Europe sentiments, and crypto-Soviet anti-colonialism.
The translation is somewhat weird, though, since the names of Ukrainian cities, of course rendered in Russian in the original, are instead given in Ukrainian! This, plus the pro-Bandera explanatory notes, gives the translation an almost morose quality, as if the translators worked overtime to prove to RIA that they really are, ahem, Nazis...
Whatever Russia have planned all the globohomo shitlibs have taught me that nazis are always the worst of The worst. And all attemots at explaining away the nazism of Azov have failed miserably. So i stand with Putins denazification of Ukraine. Or not. But i refuse to take a side in this travesty. Neither Putin or Globo homo will get any symoathies from me.
