Probably not. A fascinating tale, to be sure, but presumably a hoax or a very extreme exaggeration. Sounds like a combo of American UFO-alien MIB stories and the curse of king Tut´s mummy. Note that the YouTube channel makes tie-ins to very recent science fiction films!
That the mummy of a 800-million year old Nordic-looking alien queen was found in a coal mine in Siberia is a tantalizing mystery...but with no real evidence forthcoming, we are not justified in believing any of it.
But I´m sure "Ancient Aliens" would be very interested...
