An intriguing news story. Serbia is usually considered part of the Russosphere, but note that Rio Tinto is an Anglo-Australian company! Note also that the controversial mines are lithium mines. Why is the demand for lithium suddenly surging? Yepp, electric cars.
So the environmentalist protests in pro-Russian Serbia are directed against a Western company which mines a mineral necessary for the "transition to a de-carbonized economy". Logically, the Greens should therefore condemn the protests and support Rio Tinto. Otherwise apocalypto or something.
Good luck sorting this one out, girlz and boyz!
