The mysterious Vijnana-bhairava-tantra is, for whatever reason, the most translated Tantric text into the English language. Or pseudo-translated, as argued by Christopher Wallis in this interesting blog post. The commentaries aren´t much better, apparently!
I think Wallis has uploaded an extended exegesis of the VBT on his YouTube channel, so I suppose would-be practitioners of the dark arts of divine mindfulness finally have something to go on, LOL.
In the blog post, he gives a brief but good background to this medieval list of Kashmir Shaivism meditation techniques, named after the fierce form of Shiva.
