Bigger than the universe

 


Swami Mukundananda is a Radha-Krishna-centric guru based in Dallas, Texas (of all places!), where his temple serves a portion of the local Hindu community. (He´s the bhajan singer from a previous blog post.) 

In this clip, he talks a lot of nonsense about Vedic cosmology (which actually *did* teach that the Earth was a flat disc, and so on). However, he also tells a couple of funny teaching stories about the vastness of the universe. I previously heard Buddhist stories of a similar kind. The one about Indra and the ants sounds familiar somehow…

Make of this content what you wish! But yes, if you think space travel will save your Charvaka ass, you´re in for a rude awakening, LOL.
