Revelation on the road to oblivion

Still no news from the Spartacist League. Are they mulling over whether to support Joe Biden with some grotesque justification? Or just fighting over Jim Robertson's inheritence? I mean the real estate, of course. The political inheritence was spent long ago...

  1. I'm gonna miss this group. Treptow, Jalalabad, the brigade to Afghanistan, the defense of the Branch Davidians, Nina Hartley, Jaruzelski, Andropov... So many memories!

  2. I want to read a Spartacist polemic (filled with exotic invectives) against some obscure Maoist group about some shit that happened in Montenegro in 1913...

  3. Spartacist League are great fun, if you take it all as Situationist trolling!

  4. Their obsession with a UMWA union election in 1974 is near-legendary. Probably the only time they showed any interest in the labor movement!

  5. Labor's gotta play hard ball to win!

  6. The best front operation the CIA ever spawned...

  7. Robertson must have gone mustang when a number of split-offs stole his program and ran with it, in effect claiming to be more Robertsonite than Robertson himself.

  8. That happens now and then on the far left, Sam Marcy had a similar problem.

Not to mention, ahem, Lenin and Trotsky...

  9. They *did* do some useful archival research on the PMP, the UPA and Kronstadt, I actually used it myself. For purposes very different from those of the Sparts, I might add.

  10. Well, 2020 *is* a good time to quietly slip away into the fair night...

  11. I'm currently situated somewhat uneasily between Albert Shanker, Donald Trump and a highly idiosyncratic interpretation of Mahayana Buddhism. So there's that.

  12. I think the Sparts secretely admire Trump. I mean, come on. A strongman with a hot wife who is opposed to immigration, soft on Russia, imposes anti-Muslim bans, supports Israel, bombs the Mullahs, and could be lobbied to legalize marihuana.

    Sounds like the ultimate Spartacist.

  13. Sure, he is opposed to China, but the Sparts probably see them as traitors so who cares?

  14. Trump can't tell the difference between Kurds and turds, either.

    Ultimate Spartacist!

  15. The only problem with Trump from a Spart perspective is that he brokered a peace agreement between Serbia and Kosovo. I haven't checked, but I believe Kosovo is Albanian...

  16. What did Robertson call the Albanians, again...?

  17. Or not. I suspect the social pressure from the Jewish petty bourgeois left milieu will take its toll, eventually making all demoralized Sparts vote for Biden...

  18. Thanx for the entertainment, comrades!

  19. De kan väl kanske stöda Biden av samma skäl som de stödde NAMBLA ... Jag menar de kanske kommer ut med en stor artikel med rubriken "Stop the puritan witchunt against Joe Biden". Tilsammasn med en mer "teoretisk" artikel med rubriken "Why revolutionaries must rejetc all age of consent laws".
