If I understand this correctly, the Social Democratic Party (the currently governing party in Sweden) will announce their position on NATO membership this Sunday. Since the minister of defense, Hultqvist, has already declared himself for NATO membership, I think it´s obvious what the decision will be. (It was obvious from the start.) Yes, Sweden will join NATO.
The Russian reaction might be colorful. I don´t expect Russian missiles against Gotland, but obviously one cannot rule out that Russia will stop its deliveries of oil and gas to Sweden, combined with cyber attacks against Swedish government agencies, etc.
