Was I wrong about the Latin Mass kerfuffle?
Or is God punishing the Catholic Church for all the problems it has created for the past 1,400 years or so? But if so, the solution isn´t simply to go back to the 16th century Tridentine Mass...
Im not catholic but some random catholic told me a very good reason for saving the mass in a "dead language: Words dont change meaning in a dead language like they do in modern languages. Its very important that the meaning of the mass is Always the same. Semper idem.
Some of the stuff shown is so extreme that I wonder if it´s even true? Had I been a Catholic (or High Church Christian in general), I would have prefered the mass to be, well, Christian. Not Buddhist, pagan, or Satanic...
