He´s wrong, of course. The hunt for aliens is modern.
Is this part of China´s "barbarian management"? They pretend to be interested in aliens, a typical modern Western "quest". Can Steven Bannon please comment?
There are no aliens of the kind imagined by modern Western star-gazers. The aliens are so different from us, that they couldn´t care less about communicating. If ´Oumuamua was an alien probe, it came here to investigate the Sun!

Deras teorier kom före Hubbles observationer.
Och Hubble var ju inte "oberoende"av dessa två. Han kände naturligtvis till dessa teorier, som var allmänt diskuterade bland kosmologer, Det var kanske rentav dessa som inspirerade honom till mätningarna, vad vet jag.
