An entertaining speculation about Fermi´s paradox.
Of course, the real solution to the "paradox" is that alien intelligent life exists, but can´t reach us due to the vastness of space, and that all intelligent life naturally disappears after a couple of million years, which isn´t enough to develop long-distance space travel due to resource constraints. And - again - the sheer vastness of the universe.
However, this rather obvious solution is anathema to the scy fy true believers, so they constantly have to come up with ad hoc explanations for why we don´t see the advanced aliens which simply *must* be there. The hiddenness of God has been replaced by the hiddenness of (semi-divine )aliens...
Go figure.
