A Singaporean YouTube video referencing some fringe speculations about Mount Kailash (Shiva´s holy mountain) in Tibet. The content is based on controversial Russian writer Ernst Muldashev´s "Where Do We Come From".
Muldashev claims to have found evidence of both Atlanteans, Giants and Lemurians deep inside the "Samadhi caves" of Tibet. His stories seem to be inspired by actual Tibetan Buddhist lore about advanced human masters suspended in perpetual meditation. Not sure if there is also a UFO connection, but the ancient races depicted in the book do look like classical space aliens. The whole thing is frankly very hard to believe...as usual.
Why would the Special People guarding the secrets of the caves all of a sudden reveal them to a foreigner? I assume Muldashev had a Chinese chaperon when traveling around Mount Kailash...or no? And how did the "Bonpo Lama" know about Atlantis? I assume Ignatius Donnelly´s books haven´t been translated to modern Tibetan (let alone Atlantean)?
The stories do sound archetypal somehow, with Muldashev trying to penetrate a deep cave system to find hidden secrets (maybe a Jungian would find this intriguing) and ultimately failing since he wasn´t properly initiated or enlightened. But are they literally true? Hate to disappoint you, but I find that to be a very remote possibility indeed.
In any case, it seems we´re permanently stuck on the surface!
