Former Netanyahu ally Avigdor Lieberman claims that Israel is arming a Palestinian militia in southern Gaza made up of criminals and former ISIS terrorists. They also seem to be backed by the Palestinian Authority?!
Not clear what this means (if anything). Are Israel and Fatah colluding backstage as part of an impending post-war "settlement"?
