Two somewhat rambling videos from Gnostic Informant, the first about Biblical minimalism (the Copenhagen school), the second about Pythagorean number mysticism in the Book of Genesis. Could still be of some interest on a gloomy Thursday afternoon.

Reminds me of The Cipher of Genesis (Carlos Suares-1970) applying the "original Code of the Qabala to Scripture" i.e why Abram name changes to Abraham etc. Why Aleph (life pulse) needs Bayt (container) to exist and so forth. Deep !
ReplyDeleteThere must be some kinds of esoteric codes in the Bible. I mean, why is the Number of the Beast 666 while the number of Jesus in Greek (I think) is 888, although the Bible never mentions that detail. The Messiah´s name is the number of divine perfection, hmmm, almost as if the name isn´t random. And then we have all the sevens, twelves and 40s. Enoch lived for 364 years, Gnostic Informant points out in the video above that the number of the Gnostic deity Abraxas is also 364 and he was the Lord of Time...
