Cain and Abel never existed. Or maybe the Flood didn´t happen. The Biblical stories get more and more difficult to harmonize, the more you look into them. Darn, was the village atheist right? Kind of. After all, the question "Where did Cain´s wife come from" is moot if Cain himself wasn´t even a real person...
