I never understood why atheist-materialist scientists are so obsessed with the "beauty" of scientific theories...since that implies intelligent design. Why *would* the laws of nature be "beautiful". Indeed, what could that even *mean*? Isn´t beauty a purely subjective thing if you are an atheist-materialist?
So it´s absolutely more logical (from such a perspective) to argue that the laws of nature might be "ugly" instead. Or maybe not, since ugliness is also subjective in an atheist cosmos...
