I hardly understand what Formscapes is talking about, but it sounds interesting. It´s a criticism of Einstein´s theory of relativity from a "common sense" and "Realist" standpoint.
Formscapes doesn´t tell us what his alternative is, but strongly suggests it has something to do with the process philosophy of Alfred North Whitehead and Henri Bergson. He also has sympathies for plasma cosmology and the Electric Universe.
