Hypersonic

 

It´s still unclear what kind of missile hit Dnipro recently, but what *is* clear is that it was a deliberate warning from the Russians not to bomb their internationally recognized territory with Anglo-American hardware. 

Note the claims that the Russian missiles are so fast that they can´t be intercepted, et cetera. When Trump was president the first time around, he boasted about the United States having some kind of previously unknown hypersonic missiles (without going into details). Well, let´s hope the madman was right! Also, let´s hope that the UAPs everyone is seeing in Alaska and elsewhere are "ours"...

So Viktor Orban wouldn´t arrest Netanyahu if he showed up in Hungary, indeed, Orban has actually invited the Israeli PM to Budapest to protest the ICC´s recent "arrest warrant". 

Orban´s multi-vectoralism never ceases to amaze me. I mean, is this the same Orban to blocked with Hamas-supporting Turkey to delay Sweden´s NATO membership as long as possible? But sure, I suppose they are "right" this U-turn around.

As for the ICC, they are a bigger joke than the League of Nations. Maybe just as well, all things considered! 

Escalation

 

Putin yesterday: "We consider ourselves entitled to use our weapons against the military facilities of those countries that allow their weapons to be used against our facilities. If anyone else doubts this, then they are wrong - there will always be a response."

Possible translation: Putin is threatening to bomb NATO military targets, perhaps in the United States or the United Kingdom, with conventional ballistic missiles.

Am I just imagining this or...? During the recent election campaign in the United States, I spotted a number of unrelated ads on YouTube and elsewhere (both English-language and Swedish) featuring actors/models who kind-of-resembled Kamala Harris. 

Maybe I just noticed such models (perhaps of an East Indian background?) more due to the elections, but a more interesting possibility is of course that it was quite deliberate!
