This is obviously a cope. As if sell outs never happened before in world history. And Trump was always something of a wild card. Certainly from an isolationist-populist-far right perspective. Sheridan also downplays the fact that Trump is old and may be getting senile (and perhaps quite mad).
Finally, he doesn´t see the *continuity* between the Former Trump and the Current Trump. Both espouse exactly the same mercurial and predictively unpredictable behavior. Trump was always very pro-Israeli and anti-Iranian, keen on gaining Greenland, et cetera. Even his relationship to the populist far right is somewhat complicated. Yes, he seems to have broken with them once and for all now, but already during his first presidency, Trump had constant conflicts with Steven Bannon!
So nah, the Man aint dead. Not yet, anyway.

"President Trump chooses to express his delight at Robert Mueller's death
But I think he should be aware that when he dies, the
glorious outburst of happiness and celebration will be heard on the outer moons of Jupiter."
PS.
