Adventists in uncanny valley

The above horror-like production, generated by AI, is from a Seventh Day Adventist channel on YouTube. Not sure if they are connected to the official SDA Church. Either way, these guys give an entirely new meaning to the term "uncanny valley"!

For the 666th time, we learn that Alice Bailey´s "Lucifer Trust" is a harbinger of the Anti-Christ. In this case, perhaps because she predicted the appearence of a World Teacher in 2025. A "leaked audio" of the Great Invocation at some Bailey-ite conference is taken as evidence that the unknown superiors are set and ready to go. In reality, the Great Invocation is the Bailey group´s most central prayer and is presumably always recited at their conferences...

Christ and the Anti-Christ turn out to be surprisingly difficult to tell apart. Both will make miracles, show compassion, and so on. However, there are some signs to look for. Thus, the impostor won´t reveal himself all at once in the skies for all to see. He will impose Sunday Laws. The Anti-Christ will be ecumenical, have the support of the established Churches, and gradually change the Biblical laws. Also, the real Christ won´t intervene in the politics of the Near East...

In other words: while the Adventists do take the Anti-Christ literally, his message is virtually identical to that of main line Christianity. Which is probably the point. The video tells us that his spirit and "system" has been at work for a very long time. The solution? Join the Adventists. The last one third of the video feels like a recruitment pitch.

The only way to be absolutely certain that you will be able to tell the difference between Christ and Anti-Christ during the end times (2025?) is to remain in the Adventist fold. The real difference between Christ and Anti-Christ is therefore de facto one of doctrine and theology. One is left thinking: If the Anti-Christ really heals people, promotes peace, shows compassion and tolerance...why *not* support him?

What seems to be your prob, brothers?
