Not that I really care, but what could it even *mean* to have an Anglican Communion without the Church of England? Since when has "Anglicanism" been a thing at all, theologically speaking? What do you think the term even *means*? Cough, cough, Angles, cough, cough, England, cough, Church of England. It simply denotes "those Christians who are loyal to the English monarch".
So unless the archbishop of Rwanda starts genuflecting for king Charles III as head of the Church and Commonwealth, he can´t claim to represent the Anglican Communion. Whoever Charles accepts communion from, that person is the legitimate archbishop of Canterbury.
End of story. And end of the line?
