Did these people live during the "Atlantis window" and then mysteriously VANISHED?
I often wondered why the genetic evidence doesn't seem to prove the Lost Civilization, but what if it actually does so? The article linked below is about a European population that mysteriously vanished at about the same time as the hypothesized Lost Civ. Unless I completely misread something.
Interestingly, the vanished "Ice Age" population wasn't really European in our sense of the word, but more related to Asians. Proto-Dravidians? Lemuria???
It would be grossly ironic if Atlantis was inhabited by colored people!

Off topic. Apparently, the Anglican Communion is very strong in Nigeria. Can anyone explain why Nigerians want to worship the Anglified version of a Hellenized Jewish god?

ReplyDeleteJag kom ihåg att jag har en bok som jag köpt på Vattumannen för kanske tio år sedan eller så. Den är skriven av en professor Arysio Santos, och hävdar tydligen att Atlantis låg i havet typ mellan och omkring Vietnam, Indonesien och Japan.
ReplyDeleteMin spontana reaktion är - har han aldrig hört talas om Mu eller Lemurien? Om man hittar tecken på en sjunken kontinent vore väl det mer logiskt.
Jag läser ganska långsamt i dessa dagar så jag vet inte om jag ska börja läsa en bok som riskerar att vara riktigt tråkig.
Ja, eller hur? Han menar kanske Sundaland, som är en "riktig" sjunken landmassa och av vissa entusiaster identifieras med Lemurien...
