This is a sequel to the previous post. The reformed Spartacist League´s position on Israel-Palestine and the recent Hamas terrorist attacks is "orthodox Trotskyist" enough, and even sounds sympathetic (after a fashion) compared to the bizarre pogromist sentiments from the, shall we say, OROs.
But...it seems the "pro-nationalist" turn of this tendency has been cancelled after only a month! No "anti-imperialist united front" here, not with Muslim fundamentalists at any rate. The whole thing sounds more like something Grant or Taaffe might write...

ReplyDeleteFor an anti-liberal/anti-woke group, they sound very "liberal" and "woke" here. I get the feeling that perhaps this tendency no longer knows what it wants to do...
Still, it´s a topsy torvy world when *anything* the Spartacist League writes sounds sympathetic - a propos their statement on the Hamas attacks.
