"Faucism". I like that one. But fascist dont need sneaky methods like bad vaccines to cull the population. They use more honest methods like concentration camps for undesirables. And if its the males of their own racial stock that are getting to numerous they send them to war for more lebensraum. Just like the muslims do. Polygamy have a tendency to make that nessecary.
