So I asked the AI to generate a picture of Count Raymond of Toulouse greeting a Cathar delegation. None of them came very close, but then, we might not even know how Raymond (or the Cathars) even looked like in the first place.
In the picture above, it seems that somebody (the Cathars?) have some kind of "Occitan" crosses on their outfits. And yes, Toulouse is in Occitania...
