I suppose this means that Peter Thiel is now officially the leading tech oligarch in DC. As for the America Party, it seems to have a certain family likeness with Kanye´s Birthday Party. For instance, that it doesn´t really exist!
A bit "autistic" of Elon to break relations with the Man in this way. But perhaps he´s banking on the Trump admin collapsing rather spectacularly in the near future? Rather than morphing into a more standard GOP administration (busted budget ceilings and all) with immigration visas and subsidies to space tech companies...
I like that! "What's your party Sir?" "Ahem, I am of the Birthday Party."
ReplyDeleteMy platform therefore is Cake (and candles) for everybody!
Kanye actually said that he called it the Birthday Party because "if I win, it will be like your birthday"?!
ReplyDeleteOf course, the difference is that Kanye West really supported Trump, while Musk opposes him. If Musk had been *a bit* smart, he would have tried to take over the Libertarian Party! They are already on the ballot in all 50 states, I think. Who knows, maybe he could beat Kanye´s numbers from 2020...
