But what does this mean for the impending AI apocalypse? Will it be "software" only ("only") or is it postponed until humanity can build a megagolemish hardware structure to power the would-be AI overlords? Either way, I don´t think the joke at the end of this presentation (before the AI ads!) was very funny...
But sure, it would be ironic if humanity is saved from the Matrix (and the insanity of our oligarchic elites) by sheer limits to growths. Maybe experts *are* always wrong.
