Also, I agree that the verdict will not stand on appeal. Who the F tapes shut the mouths of children and posts sticky note to their foreheads, claiming basically "well, it doesn't really hurt them!" These are little kids!

At least the teacher was fired by the school and evidently can´t appeal *that*. This is the criminal trial about the tape / sticky notes.
