Two Chinas, One Japan?
Am I reading this right? It seems Japan now openly declares that it will intervene militarily if China attempts to invade Taiwan (which Beijing regards as an illegitimate breakaway territory). Taiwan was controlled by Japan from 1895 to 1945, and obviously has a significant strategic position.
Japan is an US ally, so at this point in time the land of the rising sun doesn´t need nukes. But what if the US collapses? It could happen. Then, Japan´s next logical step would be to get the bomb...
Note how the Japanese (correctly) see the continuity between the Trump and Biden admins over China!

On the recent protests in France
Some links concerning the recent anti-lockdown protests in France. According to American Trotskyist website WSWS (which supports lockdown measures), the protests were "neo-fascist" in character, but also supported by some leftists! Or "pseudo-leftists", as WSWS dubs them. The next two links go to Wikipedia entries (one rather long) about the "pseudo-leftist" movement involved.

For years, the liberals said that "private corporations" can do whatever they like. The First Amendment only defends you from the government. Well, this *is* the government. Remember, these are the guys who claimed for over a year that the Wuhan lab theory was disinfo, and then made a sudden U-turn when it suited their purposes.
